Grounding in the Rockies is a transformative outdoor wellness workshop designed to reconnect participants with the natural world through mindful movement, meditation, nature-based grounding practices, and safe guided cold weather exposure. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Rockies the program offers individuals a chance to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and experience deep alignment with the land. This field trip integrates yoga, mindfulness, break work and intentional contact with cold environments to cultivate resilience, clarity, and renewed sense of belonging within nature.
