Outdoor Learning Conference 2026

This session helps teachers support students’ emotions towards climate change and provides direction to shift the conversation from despair to hope, turning anxiety into action. Alberta’s science curriculum requires that climate change be addressed beginning in Grade 6, but this session will help all teachers to feel more comfortable when the topic comes up in other grades and through other outcomes.
