Hi friends! I’m TIKA—an Academy Award–winning composer, musician, cultural strategist, and founder of Iverna Island, a creative initiative dedicated to supporting artists and building sustainable cultural ecosystems.
My work lives at the intersection of creativity, community, and systems change. I’m passionate about exploring how art, emotional literacy, and cultural leadership can help us reimagine the ways we build institutions, support creative workers, and care for our communities.
At this conference, I’m especially excited to connect with people who are interested in conversations around nervous system literacy, creative leadership, cultural infrastructure, and the role of the arts in shaping healthier and more compassionate systems.
Come find me if you want to talk about building bold ideas, supporting artists, creating more humane institutions, or imagining new possibilities for the future of culture and community.
