About me
Dr. Tim Grivois is an educator, consultant, and writer who helps schools create learning environments where students with ADHD and other neurodivergent learners can thrive. He has worked as a teacher, school leader, and district coordinator, and now supports schools across North America in building simple, sustainable routines that strengthen working memory, attention, and emotional regulation. Tim’s sessions focus on practical strategies that help teachers use movement, outdoor learning, and relationship based routines to reduce cognitive load and increase readiness to learn. His work is grounded in real classroom experience and guided by the belief that small, thoughtful shifts can make school feel more accessible for every learner.
