About me
A passionate nature lover and lifelong learner, Josée Haché is a certified facilitator with Active Smart Kids Nova Scotia and has over 20 years’ experience delivering wellness workshops in workplaces and 15+ years in schools. A mom, herbologist, yogi, and educator, she has hosted nature-based wellness retreats since 2016 and explores diverse healing modalities. A former national synchronized swimmer, she has taught yoga, dance, Zumba, Aquacise, Pilates, gymnastics, and worked as a personal trainer. She authored the French Parents Guide for Nova Scotia and recently developed outdoor science lessons through Hike NS’s Move to Learn Outdoors initiative. For the past four years, she has served as the Immersion Math Coach for CCRCE, supporting 16 schools with innovative, outdoor-focused pedagogy, staff PD, and classroom modeling. She recently presented “Taking Math Outside” at the provincial NSTU MTA conference.
